Shipping Information

Welcome to MarketPlace4You's shipping information section. Here, we provide all the details about our shipping methods, packaging, and associated costs. We believe in transparent communication to build trust and ensure customer satisfaction.
 

What are your delivery costs? 

UK Free delivery. (Paypal and Bank Cards can make payments.) * on orders over £15 outside selected items such as oversized, or overweight items - where we offer shipping options. Please contact us for more information. 

 

UK Delivery on orders under £15 - £2.50 standard tracked delivery. 

UK NEXT WORKING DAY: £5.50 (order must be placed by 3 pm and is only valid Monday-Friday) please contact us for NDD options when placing an order.

EUROPEAN DELIVERY: £7.95(FREE when you spend over £50)

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY: £9 (FREE when you spend over £100)

These delivery tariffs apply do not apply to selected items - please read product descriptions for oversized/overweight products we offer delivery options - but we cannot offer free delivery, there are instances where we can help our customers arrange transport - and we offer the best support for our customers to ensure delivery options are provided to our customers such there be instances where needed. We do our best to help our customers get their desired goods in time based on individual needs. 

Please note: We cannot be held reliable for any transport issues that are outside of our control - such as carrier/delivery company damaging/losing the item in transit. 

How long does delivery take?  

   

UK STANDARD: 2-5 working days.

What happens if I am not at home when they deliver? You should receive a card through your door if no    one is at home to collect your parcel. It will then be sent to your local Post Office. If you have ordered        Next Day Delivery, you will receive a card from APC with details of re-arranging delivery.

​What should I do if my order has not arrived? If you are in the UK and have not received your order within 6 working days of the date on which you ordered, or outside the UK and have not received your order within 30 days of the date on which you ordered then please drop us an email on Support@MarketPlace4You.co.uk.

On rare occasions when items are not delivered and have been lost in the post, we will send out a replacement. However, we cannot be held responsible if the address you have given is incorrect.

Returns & Exchanges

At MarketPlace4You, we want you to shop with confidence. Our return and exchange policy is designed to provide you with peace of mind in case you've had a change of heart or are dissatisfied with your purchase. We believe in making the process straightforward and hassle-free for your convenience.
 

 

How can I return my item? 

 

We're so sorry to hear that you are not happy with Our products.

We want you to be 100% satisfied - if you would like to return an item you can do so within 30 days of the delivery date. 

To return your order please contact us at

 

Support@MarketPlace4You.co.uk we will reply to you within 24 hours with instructions on how to return your item. 

 

Only products returned in perfect condition will be refunded.

Refunds will be processed within 2 working days from when we have received your products.

 

It can take up to 3-5 working days for the refund to show in your Bank account. 

 

You will be required to pay return postage for an item unless it arrives damaged or faulty in which case we will require photographic evidence. 

Original postage costs will not be refunded unless an item is damaged/faulty. 

 

If you choose to return your item using normal untracked delivery then please ensure you get proof of postage otherwise we cannot be held responsible if the item goes missing on its return.
